WTF'S RIGHTS FOR PETE'S SAKE? HE'S ILLEGAL...Why? Because he's Obama's drunken Uncle...He's still here and working, when Americans are unemployed..

President Obama’s uncle was in Framingham District Court today, arguing that his DUI arrest a few months ago, violated his constitutional rights. 
His lawyer has asked that the case be thrown out.On August 24, 2011, Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested outside a bar in Framingham, Massachusetts, for drunk driving.
According to police, Obama cut off Officer Val Krishtal when he pulled his Mitsubishi 4x4 into traffic on Waverly Street.
After arguing with the officer, Obama was given several field sobriety tests, all of which he reportedly failed. He was taken to a nearby police station and given a breathalyzer test.
Framingham District Court documents reveal that Obama had blood alcohol level of .14, well above the legal limit of .08mg.
Shortly after his arrest, Kerry Picket of The Washington Times reports that when Obama was asked if he wished to make a phone call after his arrest, he replied: “I think I will call the White House.”
