Didn't they also give it to Jimmy Carter ? What a travesty, talk about head up your ass. Strengthen international diplomacy, please all he has done is apologize for the US bailing out every country from fighting their wars to shoring up their economy with foreign aid.Wonder how much it's costing the American Taxpayer besides his march to a socialist nation. Where is Lee Harvey when you need him?
