PERRY'S BACK IN THE GAME MOMENTS...

At Saturday night's debate in South Carolina Perry showing, given more than 30 seconds to answer a serious question, he can shine in a debate.
Perry may have made an Ooops moment (that could happen to anyone) however it proved Team Perry are professionals they immediately started damage control, they didn't wait a week or give conflicting answers as to why. The moment was faced with Yep! it happened and with humor and they have moved on..
·       He caused quite a stir with his response to foreign aid that it should start at zero for every country, including Israel along with Pakistan, might have to make the case anew why it should receive U.S. assistance. The audience responded with resounding applause. There were some twitter's over Israel and was clarified in a follow up question plus Team Perry had an in depth  press release out within minutes..
·       He followed up with a lecture on zero based budgeting
·       Perry's answer on China is shown in below video..

There are several reasons to believe Perry is in to win..
1. Support. Per has the strong backing of his wife and family – something other candidates don’t necessarily have.  He is next to Romney in endorsements in less time,
2. Money. Perry’s campaign on Friday announced a $1 million ad buy on Fox News. They also plan on pouring into Iowa. Perry remains a fundraising powerhouse who will be able to afford investments other candidates can’t. Also there are rumors there is a Texas Pac which will support Perry which has already raised mega bucks.
3. He’s getting into the swing of things. Perry’s debate performances both on Wednesday and on Saturday night at the CBS/National Journal Commander-in-Chief debate in Spartanburg, South Carolina, shows Perry is improving and can deliver: he seems more comfortable on stage, and is more confident in being Perry.
4. If he walks away now, he would bear the label of a quitter. Perry is a dyed in the wool Texan, he would never let the label of a quitter be tagged to him for the rest of his life.
Perry knew when he threw his Stetson in the ring to run for president he would need to give it his all and stay until every last option was exhausted, Perry will make this work for him.
5. The best news of all is of Republicans polled 52% want Rick Perry to stay in the race and mean he has redeemed himself in the eyes of the voters with his Saturday night debate performance.

FROM THE PUNDITS ON PERRY'S DEBATING SKILLS
Of the candidates, Rick Perry had his best debate by far. His construct of starting at zero on foreign aid with every country (including Israel) and then deciding from there what is in our national interests got good applause, and both Newt and Romney openly embraced it. He had several self-effacing jokes about that agency he forgot about at the last debate (Energy) which got big (friendly) laughs from the crowd. Despite Pelley’s blatant efforts to trip him up, he did not trip. Who would have imagined that Perry’s best debate would be on foreign policy?
