AZGOP LD23 Meeting was held October 10th to vote on Bylaw change and all hell broke loose. Republicans can be nasty, mean sprited, calling other Republicans names who disagree with their point of view and disrespectful of the Chairman and all who have the courage to let their voice be heard.
Arizona LD23 attempted to make a bylaws change without following the
old bylaws. Current bylaws

My position was Republicans will penalize you if refuse to support a
Republican, regardless of their
credentials or policy issues. i.e. a Drug Cartel Leader (R) and a
Minister (D) are candidates for the
same office support the Republican or else.
They would not accept a motion from me to table bylaws stating they
already had a motion to accept the bylaw change and could not accept another
motion. Not
True according to Robert’s Rules
Comments were brutal: There were about 20 and I'm Paraphrasing a few-
1. If you are going to follow Robert's Rules as stated at beginning of meeting, do so, if not say so
2. I was the chairman of the Bylaws committee and I urge you to vote NO, they are not as the committee submitted them to the Executive committee.
2a. Response they were told they were unenforceable and made the changes suggested by Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery
3. I was on the Bylaws committee and I urge you to vote NO
4. You can take another motion from the floor, I have parlimintary procedure here
4a. Response so do I you weren't reconized, you don't have the flooe
5. I have always supported Bill Montgomery, but if he agrees with this, I won't any longer
You get the picture...After the question was called for a vote they allowed three to speak in favor of approving Bylaw changes.
By referring
the culprit to MCRC for punishment LD23 Executive Committee of LD23 was avoiding
being the bad guys. MCRC Bylaws in 2010 were deemed in violations of state
stature by Maricopa County Rick Romley. LegalOpinion MCRC
January 2014 Bylaws
They stated
they were following the advice of Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery.
