E Mail Correspondence Arizona Republicans Aren’t Supposed To Think For Themselves-According To GOP

The AZ GOP expects you to follow their candidate nominations without questions, and if you don’t you are called names, the top echelon of the GOP encourages ostracizing you,  the leaders contact you and ask you to walk back your tweets and articles.

To bad to all of the above, my name is on it and I won't walk back I verified and believe what I have posted. Names of party that sent e-mail other than my own has been redacted.
For crissakes Barbara. Aug 24 2014
Did you really post this or did some demon possess your soul momentarily? Come on. This is not a responsible comment to write.People look up to you and respect you.Randy P. is depending on you. You have done 10,000 great things which get forgotten with this posting.
Fred DuVal is a train wreck. You cannot possibly believe what you have written on FB. Doug is a quality guy and if he becomes the nominee he will need help from all of us.
I am personally appealing to you to withdraw the post which I am sure you said in a sudden moment of anger or frustration. Thanks for your consideration.
Bruce

Aug 24th I forgot to address the post that it is not responsible. There is not one word that is not true. It would be irresponsible if it were not true. Randy has my full support and can depend on me for anything he needs that I can do. In Nov I’ll decide what I will do about voting. I may not vote for a governor. One thing is certain I won’t vote for Ducey.

He has no record on issues only what he spins and that depends on who he’ talking to. Doug may be a quality guy but he’s not qualified to AZ Governor. I strongly believe that Doug is not qualified to be Arizona’s governor. Selling ice cream franchises and being a multi millionaire does not qualify him to be governor of any state. One term as state treasurer is not a qualification. His only political office has been State treasurer who does not vote on any budgets or issues. Legislators, County Supervisors and MAYORS make things happen and so do former Seasoned State Legislators..
#Doug Ducey, has never held legislative office never made a controversial issue decision or ever had to cast a single tough vote.
If what I posted will make anyone think twice about Ducey then it’s worth the post.  I won’t help Ducey if he wins the primary nor will I help DuVal. I will continue to post anything a Republican sends me and I don’t post dems articles.
Arizona needs a candidate that has actually done something i.e. Scott Smith or Ken Bennett

Aug 25th  Barbara
I will remind you that when Harry Truman became US President he had 2 failed businesses, was a maligned county judge (supervisor) , subject to criticism as the senator from Pendergrast and had no knowledge what so ever about what FDR was doing on everything from The Manhattan Project to re conversion of the economy and he turned out to be a pretty good US President.
Doug Ducey has enjoyed a successful business career. He is a well organized, energetic and relentless when he has a job to do. He is as ready as any of those working to become AZ governor. I don't know who will win the primary , however, the contest to retain this position will not be an easy one. There is no reason why not to vote for Ducey ( except your contention about his lack of experience ) and we need every vote in the election if we are to win . The alternative is un acceptable. You reach and influence many people. I am asking you to re consider your position once the primary is over if Ducey is our nominee. Thanks for your consideration.

I will take your advice under consideration. be
From GOP Operative Aug 29th Barbara--This is total bull shit for you to have such a hard on for Ducey. You have been an awesome supporter for years but if this is where you are going this is where we start going our separate ways. You must walk this back. Doug is a stand up guy. He is going to win this election. Better to be on the right side here.Aug 29th Bruce, then we part ways. I don’t have a hard on for Ducey-it’s cold hard facts.  I will not be told by you or anyone else what to think or do. In my opinion he is not a stand up guy, If ya’ll would look past the the money you would realize that. The GOP is demanding transparency for the Democrat but not of their own nominee. Selling ice franchises is not qualification nor is one term as a State Treasurer to be Arizona’s Governor. GOP is knocking DuVal as lobbyist and Ducey has three as his policy adviser's. Bruce if we can’t disagree on a candidate or issue and still have a working relationship so be it.be
August 30th To  Barbara
So besides being an insider who was hand picked in a closed room by party officials, an insider who served a democrat governor and president who never had to execute a piece of public policy on his own, an insider who as a lobbyist used $$ to influence legislation, a guy who always worked behind closed doors , is a 2 time loser and a guy who sounds more like Barack Obama than he does either Bill Clinton or Janet Napolitano why is Doug Ducey such a poor candidate for governor in comparison?

BTW--I long gave up trying to strong arm anyone Barbara….it rarely works. But I am concerned with someone who is obviously either angry or mis informed.
My response on Aug 30th and have not heard anything from this person since.
Doug Ducey Not Qualified to walk in Governor Brewer’s Footsteps
One: I am not angry only extremely disappointed that all the “notable Republicans” who fell in lock step with the candidate who is the least qualified to be Arizona’s Governor.
I’m also disappointed the GOP hypocrisy attacking Duval. http://www.americanfreedombybarbara.com/2014/08/robert-graham-az-gop-chairman-wants-to.html and http://www.americanfreedombybarbara.com/2014/08/az-gop-robert-grahams-hypocrisy-on.html
In my opinion if Ducey had been vetted behind closed doors and asked the hard questions and those doing the vetting had been less concerned about his glib spin and wealth he wouldn’t have been state treasurer let alone the Republican nominee for governor.
1.He self -funded $613,000.00 in state treasures race for a $70,000.00 a year job and $2.9 million in the Governor’s race for a $95,000.00 year job, that doesn’t make any common sense what-so-ever considering he has never held a legislative  office or made single hard decision on an issue or cast a vote on any issue.
2. Or asked why the ownership of his residence title is held in DAD LLC registered in Delaware Corporation, normally you don’t hold ownership of your home in a Delaware LLC.
3. Or about his candidate contributions-Gave John McCain $8,000.00 and change in 2 elections
4. His pac that made contributions to Arizona legislators who later endorsed him. http://www.azsos.gov/cfs/FilerDetail.aspx?id=201200486
I won’t even go into Cold Stone Creamery is spin on his position boils down to he was selling franchises. He made millions while franchisees lost their homes, life savings, filed bankruptcy and SBA (taxpayers picked up the tab). Sealing the arbitration's records is a cover –up. And with permission of all parties could be un-sealed. http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/arizona/politics/2014/08/20/new-details-emerge-duceys-cold-stone-record/14371241/
5. Doug Ducey 13 Traffic Violations

Arizona court reports, a summary of the cases
6. Ducey didn’t pay property taxes for two years
7. Ducey hasn’t disclosed all of his financial information. Refuses to do so
8. Don Sutherland the founder of Stone Cold Creamery isn’t listed as a Ducey Supporter
9. Doug Ducey says: Medicaid is a program originally designed to take care of the destitute and disabled, but it’s now being expanded as a middle class entitlement.
10.Doug Ducey says: We are a nation of immigrants and we need this fixed. Isn’t this a Democrat talking point?
Ducey is against raising minimum wage
Ducey’s pledge: Includes eliminating state income tax w/o a plan to increase the revenue.
