I wanted to take a moment and update you on the current status of the Secretary of State race.
First of all, I want to thank everyone who has supported me by signing my nomination petition or by donating to my campaign. Your support is greatly appreciated. If you haven't signed my nomination petition, you can click here and sign it online. It takes less than a minute and all you need to is your drivers license number and your date of birth in order to sign online.
Several weeks ago, liberal Democrats in Washington, D.C. announced the formation of a Super PAC to help elect liberal Secretaries of State across the country, including in Arizona. Around the same time, former Arizona Attorney General and Democrat guberatornial candidate Terry Goddard filed paperwork to run for Secretary of State. Clearly, Arizona Democrats and their far-left allies in Washington, D.C. are mounting a strong push to take over the Secretary of State's office. The reason for this is obvious: they want to undermine the integrity of our elections by blocking commonsense measures like Voter ID or purging nonactive voters from voter rolls in order to help elect more left-wing candidates to public office.
This is why it is extremey critical that we elect a strong conservative Republican to be Arizona's next Secretary of State. We cannot allow a liberal career politician like Terry Goddard undermine the integrity of our elections or be first in line to succeed the governor.
