Dean Pedrotti is a
Captain/Paramedic with the Phoenix Fire Department and volutneers at the
Center. Phoenix Fire last year put into place first responder training for
police and fire departments to sensitize first responders to the needs of
military members/veterans who may challenges due to TBI, PTSD or other service
