Here are seven key remaining ObamaCare implementation dates:
2013
09/09 - Insurers finalize exchange participation
agreements with HHS
09/30 - OPM to rule on whether Congress retains
gold-plated health subsidy denied to other Americans
10/01 - Exchanges begin enrolling individuals
10/01 - Fiscal year ends (CR / ObamaCare defunding
fight expected)
10/01 - X-DAY (proj. debt ceiling "exhaustion";
exact date uncertain)

01/01 - O-DAY (full implementation)
04/01 - Obama's goal: 7 million enrollees,
including 2.7 million adults under 35
And here's what is schedule to happen on "O-Day" (1/1/14):- Individual mandate takes effect.
- Employer mandate takes effect [note: suspended by Obama IRS].
- Federal premium subsidies flow [note: income verification suspended by Obama IRS].
- Guaranteed issue mandate takes effect.
- Community rating mandate takes effect.
- Minimum essential coverage rules take effect.
- Actuarial value mandate takes effect.
- Ban on annual limits takes effect.
- Health insurance deductible limits mandate takes effect.
- Maximum out-of-pocket limit mandate takes effect.
- Medicare Advantage medical loss ratio (MLR) price control takes effect.
- Optional Medicaid expansion takes effect.
- Health insurance tax takes effect.
- Temporary Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP) expires.
- Temporary reinsurance program for retiree coverage expires.
Congress has one tool left to stop the Washington health care takeover, and
that's to refuse to fund ObamaCare's further implementation or
enforcement.
FreedomWorks has partnered with Senators Mike Lee of Utah, Ted Cruz of
Texas, Rand Paul of Kentucky, and other freedom fighters to stop further
ObamaCare funding.
We are "scoring" Members of Congress on whether or not they agree to sign
the Lee/Meadows letter committing them to defund ObamaCare.
Note: Defunding can be permanent or temporary. FreedomWorks will support
either -- anything to slow down the Washington takeover and give us more time to
replace ObamaCare with patient-centered reforms.
