A.J. Faro being elected Maricopa
GOP chairman has gone to his head, he now thinks he represents all of
Arizona Republicans---I'm dubbing A-dament. J-udas. as to the Republican Party.
NOT EVEN CLOSE--- The majority of Republicans who have
contacted me are appalled at his blatant disrespect for the Governor and the
other elected officials he has threatened.
Excerpt from two e-mails sent to me:
These people do not represent me as a Republican.
Making threats is criminal - and I thought Republicans stood for law and order.
As veteran with more than 22 years of
service - and as a supporter of the Governor's plan - I know this plan will
bring health care to thousands of Arizona veterans, Guard and Reserve members
who are off mobilization and may not otherwise get any care from DoD or the VA.
As a national officer of a major
veterans organization, I have spoken publicly on this issue, with a national
endorsement by my organization.
I am saddened by those who run off at
the mouth when they should be running to support this issue. I thought
Republicans were pro-military/pro-veterans and as a life long Republican I am
simply disappointed in others. I am very proud of Kate and Adam, along with my State Rep, Heather Carter. These three stand for common sense
voters.
Our GOP County Chairman is sending
letters to legislators calling the Senate vote Arizona’s Day of Infamy and
threatening to run primary opponents against any Republican who supports the
bill.
With leadership like that, it is not as
surprising learn that Kate has received violent threats on her voice mail.
Whether you agree with the Governor or
not, your party leaders need to know that we do not approve of this uncivilized
behavior. It damages our party and is not fair to those who are doing their
best to represent their constituents. Within LD 28, I sense a majority of
voters, including a majority of Republican voters, approve of the Governor’s
approach. Yes, there is a vocal group opposed, but being nasty and loud doesn’t
make them right, nor does it mean they are in the majority.
If you agree that the nature of the
debate has gotten out of hand, and threats of physical harm to our
representatives are too much, it is time to let your state and county GOP
leadership hear about it.
His letter written
on May 16th to GOP lawmakers in which will be remembered as a ‘day infamy’
in Arizona’s history also not even close. The only day I remembered that will be a “day infamy
“in Arizona History is Pearl Harbor when the USS Arizona was sunk and thousands
of American Military was killed. A far reach and as insidious as comparing
Governor Brewer to Judas.
He has threatened
to end six Republicans political careers for voting with Democrats to pass a budget.
Those six Republicans crossed party lines for the prospect of adding 300,000
poor and low-income Arizonans to the state’s health-care plan for the poor.
Those six
Republicans should be given accolades for disregarding threats from a far right
wing loon who in reality doesn’t have the clout to keep an un-qualified
candidate from being elected, let alone a qualified one.
The letter posted
on The Sonoran Alliance Blog who seems to post everything the group of right wing Republicans loons
write. This group of loons need to take a lesson from the Democrats"never crap on your own". The heading below indicating if you don’t agree you are a
progressive socialist: Full Text of letter below:
Dear
Arizona Republican State Representatives and Senators,
“Be careful about going down a road that you cannot come back
out from. Be careful about accepting this federal program that once you are in
you will not get back out of. You still have a choice to make an individual
decision for the citizens of Arizona, and you have a choice to look to the west
at California, or you can look to the east at Texas, and decide whether or not
you want to go bankrupt as a society,” Whittle said.
Arizonans throughout the state heard Bill Whittle’s message loud and clear. I certainly hope you heard and agree with Mr. Whittle, and the millions of Americans who are against ObamaCare and Medicaid expansion. An overwhelming majority of Republicans here in Arizona and the U.S. oppose ObamaCare and Medicaid expansion – with the overall support by all Americans dropping to 35 percent (please see article below).

Even though Arizona’s U.S. Senators, Congressional Delegation,
Republican National Party and Arizona’s Republican County and LD Committees are
adamantly opposed to ObamaCare and Medicaid expansion, Arizona has a rogue Governor and a few state legislators who say
they’re Republicans aligning themselves with the liberal Democrats and
progressive socialists.
May 16, 2013, will be remembered as a “day of infamy” in
Arizona’s history. Their egregious actions will have serious consequences.
Their political careers are all but over and their days numbered.
I am asking all of you to vote no on any proposal to expand ObamaCare and Medicaid here in Arizona.
Voting no on any proposal is the right thing to do.
