Greater Phoenix Tea Party spoke with the Maricopa County Recorder's office, to Miss Passerelli, who was
not aware of the 17 diplomats coming from Africa to "observe" the poll counting.
After inquiring with Ms. Osborn, she said there was nothing unusual and they
were not going to be allowed access to the ballots anymore than the general
public. We advised her to tell Helen Purcell she may want to make a public
statement to that fact, due to the uproar. If it is true that there is "nothing
to see here," then this is nothing more than smoke and mirrors to try and give
some kind of credibility to the UN for having a tacit jurisdiction over our
elections. Not so.
We also called the Secretary
of State back to ask why these 17 diplomats were singled out and mentioned, if
there was no issue with them and she wasn't sure why, and that the person who
could answer is not working today. So, stay tuned.
Update:
Fox News just ran a story on this,
saying that Texas has issued a warning to these diplomats that they will abide
by TX election law and will be prosecuted if they violate that law. The TX
Attorney General issued that warning and the group has responded with the
following article.
Threat of criminal prosecution of observers at odds with established co-operation on United States elections, ODIHR Director says
OSCE.org
“The threat of
criminal sanctions against OSCE/ODIHR observers is unacceptable,” Lenarčič said.
“The United States, like all countries in the OSCE, *************has an
obligation************ to invite ODIHR observers to observe its
elections.”
We say the OSCE
has an obligation to abide by our laws, period. Good job,
Texas!
