Governor Perry made an appearance at the CNN Republican Debate in Mesa, Arizona in support of Newt Gingrich. He came into CNN Spin room to talk with the media and touted his support of Gingrich. Reporter's asked Perry if he had second thoughts about leaving the presidential race and he replied I did the right thing for me. It would seems he may have been having back trouble and the  spinal fusion and nerve decompression designed to treat a recurring injury  didn't work.
On Thursday the Governor's office announced he would undergone  a 2nd back surgery on Friday the 25th of February.
The procedure is to "repair his right clavicle, which did not heal properly after a 2009 bike accident" and will take place in Austin, the statement said.
Good Luck Governor Perry and Get better soon...be ###
