Military officials and state government destroyed more than 6,800 firearms exchanged for computers in a dozen municipalities in the completion of the first stage of the campaign "for a Chiapas without
arms."
The Speedway "Chiapas" in the neighboring municipality of Berriozábal, was the scene where two teams of bulldozers destroyed rifles and pistols of various calibers.
