RUNNING SCARED OF A CONSERVATIVE..
Of Governor Perry's track record on creating jobs and the economic growth
of a state under his leadership, when the rest of the country is on a downhill
slide..Cain has no record, as a Governor Romney's can't match Perry's, the
media just likes to throw bombs at a conservative Republican.
For those who keep attacking Perry about a name painted on a rock on
property the family did not own his grabbing at straws. Before they open their
mouth and insert both feet they need to check the facts;
1. They leased
the land to hunt..
2. A hunting
lease in Texas doesn't give you right to enter the property willy-nilly but
only for your leased period of time, unless to do maintenance of your hunting
blind..
3.The rock with
the N word on it was painted there by person's unknown long before Perry's
father leased a small portion (2%) to hunt on.
4. A lease
doesn't give you the right to make changes to a property without the owner's
permission.
5. Check Perry's
record as Governor of Texas, it's not a record of someone who is racist as
Cain, the media and now Romney are insinuating..
Rick Perry has a long and strong
record of inclusiveness and appointing African Americans to key state posts,
including Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court, his former chief of staff
and general counsels, university regents, parks and wildlife commissioner and
other high profile posts.
As the governor also told the Post, "I judge folks by their character and ethics. As governor, I represent a big, fast-growing and diverse state. My appointments and actions represent the whole state, including our growing diversity, such as appointment of the first African-American Supreme Court Justice - whom I later appointed Chief Justice - and the first Latina Secretary of State."
