A professional fundraiser gets a dollar % of what they raise and the candidate doesn’t receive all of the funds.With the elections looming you will see a lot offshoot Pac's and individuals (Bundlers) raising funds for candidates. Some are legitimate and some are set up to scam the public. In some cases none or very little funds go to the candidate. You can verify the Pac's on Google.
