Open Government Partnership event at the United Nations, in New York. It shows
that with the many CZAR'S the administration has at their beck and call they
forgot to appoint a protocol Czar to instruct the anointed one how to behave in
public without his teleprompter. be ###
The photo has sparked widespread discussion about whether it’s real or Photoshopped. But it seems we can probably drop the “alleged” in front of our description of the photo. Intrepid blogger Zombie tracked down a copy of the photo with the official Getty images watermark on it:

Just another no class move by a President who has access to a Chief of Protocol to assist him with the etiquette of formal or diplomatic occasions. Judging from other less than flattering pictures of Obama at other formal occasions, he does not care to be briefed on protocol. What a JERK!
Rush mentioned this on his show today and even identified the party whose face had been obscured by Obama’s “ham handed” move!!

Well they say that Zoloft can cause strange behavior and mood swings, what I do not get is if the President is emotionally disturbed and being treated with Psychotropic Medication what the hell is doing actively representing the Republic ? Who are the People who are supposed to step in and declare him unfit ? and then replace him with the VP who we know already is a loon so it moves down the latter
