On Tuesday, U.S. Border Patrol spokesman Doug Mosier announced that an 18-year-old Mexican national had used a public school bus to enter the country illegally.
The man boarded the bus at New Mexico’s Columbus Port of Entry.

School officials called the Deming Police Department who in turn, contacted the Border Patrol.
The illegal alien who has yet to be identified is reportedly facing numerous immigration charges.
Director of the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, Ray Trejo Jr., told The Deming Headlight: It did happen, unfortunately. Thank goodness they just basically took a trip on a school bus.”
Trejo went on to confirm that this was not the first time this has happened.
In fact, the incident is the third of its kind in the last few weeks.
