- perfect example of the
"entitlement" attitude of that part of our society who have
relied on handouts for too long, and won't (not can't) function without
them. I am sure if he had been given loans instead of grants to learn
music, he would not have been enrolled in college. We have created our
own monster....and it is "them."
- A person makes 50K a year and
according to the government their kids don't get shit for college or Tech
School because they make too much money. A junkie and his junkie wife,
suck the system dry for most of their lives and their offspring receives
free everything including a ful grant for college. In the end they get
more money than the average working family and because the government
keeps stealing from me, my kids can't go to college. This is a fair
system? It is bullshit! @brendaofmoonglow
- Sadly all that welfare is forced
charity. If the individual chose who to give charity to and not the
government then things like this wouldn't happen. Welfare reform is what
we need and farther do the line maybe even abolish it. We underestimate
