Obama doesn't know whether to take a crap or get off the pot so he's solved the problem of how to deal with a crisis or in this case several by doing what comes naturally.

The White House conference on bullying – Obama appeared a little sleepy but that was the morning after the Gridiron dinner. Celebrates St. Patrick's day with the Taoiseach of Ireland. The piece de resistance is his ability to face reality and is off on a Spring Break in Rio de Jaeniro (he will miss carnival) plus a three day tour of Latin American countries. Obama's leadersip as President is lackluster, unrealistic and shines the spotlight on how unquailfied he is to be President of the United States of America.
