Marijuana smuggling venture interrupted by Border Patrol south of Brownsville, TX on the Rio Grande river. MJ smugglers (see the floating bales) in broad daylight fleeing back to the Mexican shoreline of the Rio Grande River (Rio Bravo) @ the TEX/MEX border. Their endeavor was unilaterally interrupted by the U.S. Border Patrol, who in turn, took the photos. Note the salute of respect to "The Patrol" by one of the "muleros" as they prepare to depart....
Border ControlCertainly is not working along a portion of Texas/Mexico border. This is an invasion I believe the border patrol agents should be allowed to treat them as invaders and shoot to stop the invasion of illegal's and drugs.
Arizona's immigration law spreads
Grassroots organization counts 12 states considering similar legislation
According to Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, So far, 12 states – Arkansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Utah – have made the list.
If the Federal Government does not adhere to the Constitution and protect the borders of the States per "Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution" The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against INVASION; and on application of the Legislature, or of the Executive ( when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence. The government certainly is not protecting the states from invasion. Therefore the alternative is for each state to enact the 10th amendment and protect their own border. Congratulations to the 12 states that are following Arizona's lead with S.B. 1070 to protect their border and the citizens of their states. BE
