Let's see we now have the unions getting special treatment. The Amish, The Federal Employees, Congress, Senate, are exempt. That leaves us common folk. The Amish I'm sure are going to get an upsurge in believing in the Amish way of life. Nebraska with special treatment, upteen bazillion dollars spread around to buy votes of Senators and Congressman. The IRS will be responsible for collecting the new massive taxes, you can be imprisioned for up to 5 years. There are marriage penalities, the list of Obamanations in this bill that I can list. It's about the government having POWER over the people.Yep, H.B. 3962 is really a bill to reform healthcare. To hell with the Constitution, hell with the hue and cry of "We the People" who are kicking and screaming WE DON'T WANT THIS HEALTHCARE BILL.
Unions will dodge O's health tax Big Labor got some big love from President Obama and congressional Democrats yesterday after they agreed to exempt union workers from the whopping “Cadillac tax” on high-cost health-care plans until 2018.The sweetheart deal, hammered out behind closed doors, will save union employees at least $60 billion over the years involved, while others won't be as lucky -- they'll have to cough up almost $90 billion. The talks at the White House proceeded in private -- a distinct contrast, Republicans pointed out, to Obama's 2008 campaign pledge to have final negotiations televised on C-SPAN
No details were immediately available, and congressional aides stressed the decisions made at the White House had not yet been fully shared with the Democratic rank and file.
Lawmakers protest healthcare bill’s caps on benefits over policyholder's lifetime
A cadre of Democratic lawmakers and patient groups is urging congressional Democratic leaders to abandon plans to permit health insurance companies to set lifetime limits on their customers’ benefits.
Jan. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Even if Democrats lose the Jan. 19 special election to pick a new Massachusetts senator, Congress may still pass a health-care overhaul by using a process called reconciliation, a top House Democrat said. That procedure requires 51 votes rather than the 60 needed to prevent Republicans from blocking votes on President Barack Obama’s top legislative priorities. That supermajority is at risk as the Massachusetts race has tightened.
Only if every organization that believes in the Constitution and the Rule of Law would coalesce and bring legal action against the Obama administration and every member of Congress and Senate for malfeasance of office and treason is there any possibility that America will be left standing as a nation of the land of the free and home of the brave.
