I am breaking "The Other McCain's" rule 5 for successful blogging by starting with this years resolution on Sunday. It’s time to put the ole’ nose back to the grindstone and continue last year’s activities to squash Obama care like a poisonous snake. Oh! Where to start with this administration's Obamanation healthcare H.B.3962 that potentially has 183 new taxes, 117 new government agencies, bureaucrats controlling your healthcare, ignoring the constitution, an amendment that states any future congress cannot make changes to the bill? All of these issues are throw up awful bad for the American people; however the worst is putting the IRS and all of the IRS laws in charge of portions of the bill.
Nationalized Healthcare Enforced By The IRS Is The Public
OptionThe health care reform bill deal would require the IRS to dole out taxpayer dollars -- subsidies to low-income Americans to help them pay for health insurance, administer tax credits to small businesses to help them offer health insurance to workers and collect billions of dollars in new taxes on employers, insurance companies and medical device companies. The American Cancer Society and American Heart Association, say the Senate ObamaCare bill penalizes people for not losing weight, reducing their blood pressure or going to the gym.The ObamaCare compromise also seeks to force insurance companies to cut or eliminate profits and effectively becoming private federal agencies. These and other details that are part of the compromise amount to nothing more than a backdoor deal for Nationalized Healthcare Enforced By The IRS and is nothing more than a Public Option socialized government run healthcare. ObamaCare funding is more than $1 Trillion short and cannot be paid for without new taxes. Obama and Democrats in Congress are ignoring plan details and adding more than $3000/yr of debt to every American. Obama has lied again by pushing massive tax increases on every American earning less than $250,000/yr. Every Person will be hurt with increased costs of an out of control Government Run Health Care bureaucracy.
Senior House Democrats have largely abandoned hopes of including a government-run insurance option in the final compromise health care bill taking shape, according to several officials, and are pushing for other measures to rein in private insurers.
They could start with transparency and do all of their double dealings on C-Span and let the taxpayer see how government is spending our money to buy votes. The American people will then know whose ass to kick out of office in 2010. Here comes da’ Judgment of Congress to actually consider what is best for “We the People.” They could start with the following and include all political parties.
The foremost considerations should be they will do no harm to the people, the economy or to America.
1. They will follow the Constitution
2. Transparency, as promised when campaigning
3. They will not replace the current system with the staggering inefficiency, maddening irrationality, and uncontrollable costs of a government monopoly.
4. They will not put the system on a path that empowers Washington bureaucrats at the expense of patients.
5. They will not put government between patients and their health care providers.
6. They will allow healthcare providers to sell insurance across state lines.
7. They will enact health care laws that eliminate frivolous lawsuits against health providers. Lawsuit reform AKA Tort reform.
8. They will not raise taxes
9. They will not provide free healthcare to illegal immigrants
10. They will not fund abortions on demand with tax dollars.
11. They will not create any new government agencies
12. They will not involve the IRS in overseeing any portion of healthcare.
