WASHINGTON - The Republican National Committee (RNC) today launched the Lap Dog Match Game at lapdogs.gop.com to help Americans hold House Democrats accountable for their votes as President Obama's and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's health care experiment makes its way to the House floor. The game encourages visitors to match statements made against the Democrats' government-run health care bill with the House Democrat who said it.
The game targets 24 different House Democrats who have expressed opposition to President Obama's government-run health c are plan and gives Americans the opportunity to point to their statements if and when they decide to roll over at Nancy Pelosi's command.
"While several so-called moderate House Democrats have spoken out against government-run health care, we're waiting to see who's all bark and no bite. When Speaker Pelosi asks for their vote, will these Democrats continue to stand against government-run health care, or will they roll over and support new taxes and regulations that will hurt America's seniors, families, and businesses? Lapdogs.gop.com is our latest effort to hold these Democrats accountable." - RNC Chairman Michael Steele. View This Release At GOP.com
